      There are three advantages of rice wine: Firstly, drinking in a ceremony. Secondly, considering as a collection or a gift. Thirdly, wine sipping and tasting.  
        It is no doubt that wine sipping and tasting is the actual embodiment of wine.

The Proper way of Wine Tasting 

        There are different function parts on the surface of tongue. Each part can find out a certain taste. For example, the tip of the tongue can feel a sense of sweetness and both sides of tongue feel a sense of acid, while back of the tongue feels bitter. So the proper way to sip and taste wine is to smell the wine firstly and then sip a little of it to soak the tongue from the tip to back slowly. Then you can enjoy all kind of sense of wine totally.
        Drinking measurable wine can help standing health while too much drinking does harm to the body.

         Smell the wine for a while and feel its unique fragrance, then sip a little of wine (about 2ml) and halt it at the tip of tongue for about 2 seconds, mellowness can be felt clearly. Slow the wine down and covering on the surface of tongue, thus the rich sense of mellowness and fragrance will be full of the entire mouth without acridity, and followed with a smooth and fragrant aftertaste.
